The New Majority Demands Attention

Last year, the dramatic 2010 Census data revealed that minorities already make up a majority of the population in some of the biggest cities in the United States. Demographers predict the same will be true about the country as a whole before the year 2045. A year has passed, but how have marketers leveraged these findings? How have their marketing strategies changed? And are they working? A panel of senior marketers will discuss the implications for the future of marketing.

Speakers:
Mark Addicks – CMO, General Mills
Susan Akkad – SVP, Local and Cultural Relevancy, The Estée Lauder Companies Inc.
Peter McDonough – CMO, Diageo
Moderators:
David Burgos – VP, Millward Brown
Ola Mobolade – Managing Director, Firefly
